Covered Patio Rebuild with a Metal Roof
The old patio roof came off and a new one went up, with a synthetic felt waterproof membrane under a metal roof. Then new lights, a gas fire pit and custom concrete countertops.

From the lawn: the old cover had a wood plank ceiling and stopped at the concrete patio. The new cover, on black posts, also runs over a slab poured on the lawn.

Step by step
Work done: A patio cover rebuild: the old roof came off, a new concrete slab went in, and new framing went up under a metal roof on a waterproof membrane. It finished with lights, a gas fire pit and custom concrete counters for cooking outside.
